what do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

please email us at hello@enjoysobrietea.com with a photo of the damage, showing the tea is unusable, and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.

what do I do if I want a refund?

in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our tea, please email us at hello@enjoysobrietea.com within 30 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.
